  1. $75 for an AK sight? Considering you can buy an AK47 for $50 in africa... that's not that good a deal.
  2. I don't really need practice rounds, nor do I have a problem with lots of recoil. I shot a .44 magnum revolver before... I expected more kick... it was a bit disappointing... after shooting it I realized I could shoot it one handed. Got it, no to compensation... Cor-bon hunting rounds are rather expensive... and winchester makes supreme for .45, but only super-x for 10mm. The cor-bon 45COLT/MAG +P -- 300gr JSP is stronger than any 10mm round I ever found... can you use those in a G21? Also, since we're on rounds... for hunting is faster more important than bullet weight? Remington
  3. Federal sucks... even remington isn't that good... the slugs weigh less than winchester... be a man and spring for winchester.
  4. I'm talking about the Glock 20C... that's what I want. Since I can't decide maybe I'll just get the 21C and the 20C... then all I need is an 18C. You can get a compensated glock that will lessen the recoil, plus I want it for hunting as well as self defence. Although, .45 hunting rounds are quite strong as compared to 10mm hunting rounds. 10mm is good for defense also... maybe I'll get both. Is it a good idea to order ammo from the net? Like from winchester or cor-bon? I'm still wondering which one is for me... I just don't know... I want the better one... and they're both good... whi
  5. If you go to Winchester you can see that the super-x silver tipped 175gr. 10mm(the only 10mm round they make) is $0.15 cheaper for 20 rounds. I'm comparing to the silver tipped 185gr. .45, of course. Someone told me you can hunt with a .45... 10mm would be more fun and it's a little cheaper also. I want more powerful... I like it... maybe I'll even get the compensated version... I'm still on whether to get a .45 or 10mm... 10mm is a good... it has stopping power also... just go to a gun show... you think I'd find 10mm rounds in gun shows? If not, I know I can order it from the net. PS
  6. 10mm is just more rare... you can deer hunt with a .45 right? I know you can deer hunt with a 10mm because it's like a .357 mag... but I was told that it's better not to.
  7. The 3" slugs that federal makes and that are at walmart are sabot slugs... I need rifled slugs since I use a smoothbore. Turkey hunting is probably fun with a saiga... my pump will have to do.
  8. Which is more powerful? I know that 10mm is exactly .40 cal. but it has a larger casing, which holds more gun powder. Glock makes 10mm and .45... I was wondering, which would do more damage.
  9. I go hunting with a 20 guage pump... maybe I'll use a 12 guage this time... I would like to take the 20 guage, but first I need to find 3" slugs for the 20 guage... that would be sweet. It will kill a deer... I kill them with just one shot... I was taught one shot kill everytime. 20 guage will kill a deer if you shoot it right... aim right for heart and lungs... you'd be surprised... a 3" slug for the 20 guage is pretty cool also, but make sure your gun takes 3" first. I haven't been able to find 3" 20 guage slugs yet, for years I have been using 2.75" slugs with my 20 guage pump... one sho

    20 gauge saiga

We have Walmarts here also... are you sure those were 3" 20 guage slugs? I used 3" shotshells before... even though my gun takes 2.75" and 3" only... I shot two shotshell boxes that were 20 guage 2.5". 3" 12 guage slugs are everywhere... every store that has ammo... maybe I should use a 2.75" 12 guage slug instead? I don't know... I have a few guns, but I would like to hunt with a 20 guage this year, and I'm looking for 3" 20 guage slugs... I'll check out walmart.

    20 gauge saiga

I have a 20 guage... My shotgun takes 2.75" and 3" shells... I'm wondering where do I buy 3" slugs? I have been to outdoor world and many other stores that carry ammo and I have found nothing other than 2.75" slugs for the 20 guage... 12 guage has 3" magnum, but the only 20 guage slugs I have found were 2.75" slugs. Do any of you get 3" 20 guage slugs? I never had a magnum slug for 20 guage... or even a 3" slugs... even though my gun holds 3" cartridges. I can only get 2.75" slugs. I need a little extra umph to get through the ribcage of a deer... the slug sometimes just shatters a coupl
