Nice. But that's a little too far for me..I was thinking Dade, Broward, or up to Palm Beach
-
I put an old AFG on mine & it felt weird because my thumb was gripping onto the rail which isn't comfortable...maybe with rail covers tho...
-
Nice roach! Are you also getting some kind of fore grip? I used mattress foam as padding for my 5.45 and it doesn't bump around no matter how rough its handled
-
Another +1 for him!
-
Yea, its not for everyone. I love it tho (I'll probably go with a lighter version next time tho)
-
I love the way this case turned out (Hard shell bass guitar case for my Saiga 5.45 and 1911). Doing something like this for my new S-12 after its converted
-
And my titan wont latch on to the rear recoil spring guide (My receiver cover is a VERY tight fit so i'm not sure if that's a factor). Is filing or something required?
-
Thanks for the heads up. I've heard that before but wanted a 2nd opinion

WTS: (OH) Converted 2011 Saiga-12
King Cash replied to Reacher's topic in Unsorted Ads prior to November 2012 (WTS / WTT)
That's a great looking firearm (I actually have pictures of it on my computer because I'm planning on building mine like it). This Saiga will make someone happy! -
@ Socom...thanks for the info! I'll look into it. @ Rob...Nice! My finished product will be similar to that..,How do you like the 12 round mag? I'm debating on going with that or the 10.
-
@ Socom...I'll try it if I can borrow the tools (& If I succeed, I'm getting a bottle of good scotch lol) By the way, I put the rail on to just check its fit so dont give me the 922r speech haha Upcoming parts: Tromix conversion kit (CSS) Molot GK-01 Drum n mags Aluminum VFG Magpul XTM rail covers Lee slug mold & production pot

..I've actually done that b4. haha By the way, would you happen to be in S. Florida? I'll be getting all of my parts in next week & have never done a conversion on my own LOL I bet they were licking their chops Unfortunately I am not. I am up in Jax at the moment. I go back and forth from here to Orlando/Lake Mary area where my family is fairly frequently on the weekends. Where in south Florida are you? Oh ok...I'm in Miami

I just might... To kinda stay on topic of physics, here's a link w/ photo's comparing wax and Lee 1 oz. slugs http://www.survivalistboards.com/showthread.php?t=210177

I'm beginning to think that i have to file off the factory rear sight to install this. Before i do something stoopid, can a Chaos rail owner verify this? haha
-
I'm still debating on wax slugs or Lee slugs that are molded from birdshot & placed back into the hull ("Mexican Match") for plinking n maybe hunting...Pleeeeeeze help my indecisive @$$ out with either pros n cons, tales of experience etc This is what I'm referring to:

I woke up with my Titan rail with HK sights on my door step today!!! (Placed my order on 12/12/11 and I live in Miami, FL)
-
Hahaha Red & Sunny's avatar are the next best thing to porhub.com (thank me later lol)

Even aside from strictly functional modifications can u think of anything that would be useful or cool? Example: My guitar case for my 5.45 (and 1911)
-
If you're in S. FL let me know if you'd want to organize a day at the range or something!

Thanks. The last time that I checked I was compliant but it won't hurt to double check. Also, I've read a lot of threads about vertical grip issues so I'm planning on getting an aluminum one. And I haven't shot it yet...I'm waiting to go with a forum member in South Florida so I'd have assistance. But I know not to shoot it before I put anything after market on, and to add each accessory 1 by 1 to isolate any issues. Yep. I ordered the sights too (got my shipping notice a few days ago)! And i'm waiting to find someone in S. Florida to go to the range with but I'll be prepared to buy afte
