[Picture Post, Lets see your Saiga 12!]

I have owned plenty of ARs and AKs, but this is my first Saiga 12. Always wanted one, but never sprung. It is a DIY conversion from an unfired IZ-109 with a welded trigger guard, Tapco trigger and disconnector, ATI grip, and a Romy pushbutton folder. Otherwise it is stock. The only mag I have for it is an AGP 10 rounder, so I am good on the 922r count. I haven't shot it yet and I am sure a buttpad will be worth it's weight in gold, lol.

And holy shit, that Romanian stock must feel like someone took a meat tenderizer to your shoulder after a couple boxes of slugs!

I haven't fired it yet. I am trying to find a good buttpad for the Romy that will allow it to lock in the closed position. So far, no dice. I want to fire it at least once without the pad.... just for kicks =)

I didn't see an "introductions" thread, so here I am in GD. I have been eyeballing Saiga ahotguns since the '90s when the .410 came out. I finally got a Saiga 12 and I can see this becoming an addiction much like BRD. Hello to all....
