    Time to make the drunk driving laws tougher. How about 0.00, bosses daughter while walking down a side walk got it by drunk driver, what I have been told so far she has a broken pelvis

      fine leave the BAC were it is but if you get caught you should loose lic. for life. It was a 31 year old Lady that hit my bosses daughter. she is doing good had to have surgery on her pelvis

      As far as prosecution goes, I'm 100% in agreement with you Rottieman. However, I'm afraid pulling a license won't alleviate the problem. Chronic offenders will continue to drive even after being busted 10 times. They just end up on welfare because they can't hold a job with no license.
