Hi, everyone. I got a set of Russian AK-100 handguards a few months ago. For some reason the heat shield in the lower handguard likes to come loose easily and bump around inside the handguard. I doubt this is supposed to happen, so I'm wondering if there's some way to secure it that I can't figure out. It's really annoying to carry my rifle around making a clunking noise like a cowbell.

I had the same problem when I got my red Timbersmith stock. After 6 or 7 strips of electrical tape the stock fits in my receiver fine.
