  1. Gotta call BS to this. What's right for you isn't necessarily correct for everybody else. I actually prefer the bi-pod mounted "backwards" on my AR, having tried it both ways. Why BS? What if you have a piece of mud on the MBUS? When you deploy the sight you risk flinging mud into your eyes. Magpul even has instructions on how to install: http://store.magpul....0514_Update.pdf I didn't think bipod leg direction made a difference till i joined Snipershide and really learned how to shoot behind one. With a backwards mounted bipod how do you properly load the bipod for accuracy
  2. Remove them and re-install with the part that flips up to the rear. Done.... This cracked me up. Reminds me of the time I saw a guy at the range with bipod installed backwards.
  3. I love that CSS triggerguard. Looks great
  4. I find that hard to believe... Not that its impossible, shit happens. I emailed MD Arms last night and no response either. Emailed Greg and got a response in less than 30 minutes. So I'm going to work through CSS.
  5. Thanks guys. Reaching out to Greg with CSS first as I purchased from him. I'll see what he has to say. Hoping that it's a bad plug.
  6. Can't get camera to charge up and take pics of threads. The factory plug goes in nice and smooth. Just tried some anti-seize compound on the threads and same deal. Can't even get the V Plug down to the detent. I'm tempted to really muscle it, but I'd rather not strip anything out. ARGGHHH. The v plug looks great and I want it installed!!
  7. So I just got this in the mail today and can't get it to install. It isn't cross threading from what I can tell. Should this screw in by hand without tools? Im able to get it screwed down almost to the detent, then it's binding up. Gun only has 10 rounds through it and I cleaned the threads a bit and lubed them. Is this the norm or should I send this one back? Did a search but not a whole lot of results on this.
  8. Similar experience as everyone else. I haven't bought Saiga parts from anywhere else. I even bought my S12 through them. I've placed 7 orders with CSS in the past 6 months and all of them have arrived to me in 2 days.
