I can't find any welded linkage pin holes on mine so I am going to propose a basic hypothesis. They might be arriving in some variation with the trigger forward already. We know the trigger guard is Bulgarian, so we can probably assume Izhmash didn't install it at the factory. I'm not sure why they would ship an Arsenal injection molded US made trigger with it either, just so we could have it in the right spot when Arsenal opens the box. If anything they probably ship without a Russian FCG at all, or as suggested in the sporter location but ready to drop out. Just thinkin

Talked to Arsenal today about the SGL series and they said the TG is US made.. So now we know the TG, trigger group, Furniture and muzzle are US... Also when they re coat they use the same coating that's used at the Izhmash Factory.

The finish on my SGL21, SGL31 match the finish on my S12 excluding the muzzle finish. I have a friend that bought a SGL21 and they touched up a spot on the dust cover and the touch up matches the muzzle finish. After seeing that I don't think they refinish the SGL's, cause if they did the hole thing would match the muzzle finish.. Just My 2 Cents

If it doesn't have the RAA marked out on the side then I would keep it, cause all the Arsenal's that were imported to them that I've seen have had that shitty looking RAA mark out on the side !!!! Just my 2 cents !!!!
