Trying to install a sling on my new 308 Saiga. It came with a swivel and loop on the rear. Front has some kind of attachment point - but it has a screw in it and a spring - is it ok to use this for a front swivel? or is this gass tube adjustment? Opinions and help on the front ling attachment point? ( It is 4 inches high at 100 yds off the bench! Whee HEE - Look out ELK! !!!!!!!!!!))

I am bringing in a used Saiga - has plastic stock = Trade? OR How much on the ironwood stock you want to sell? Don in Colorado Anyway, I'm probably going to sell the Ironwood set, (I'll post an ad in the WTS section when decide on a price, in the meantime, offers via PM will be considered), and use a CAA tube; because if I understand correctly, the CAA doesn't have an upward angle off the rear of the receiver as the VLTOR does, with a Magpul CTR stock and K-VAR poly handguards, (might do plum rather than black). This is just swapping out parts and not a major change to the weapon,

Getting a new Saiga 308 used. Extra magazines seem high $? Can any surplus ones from other mfg. / rifles be converted? Or has anyone been do ing a "do it yourself" build discussion? Don
