I have one and did not like it at all. The block that replaces the sight in the dovetail was not machined square on it's top surface, so the rail didn't want to sit level. I contacted CSS and was told that that was what the set screw was for was to adjust the base level and brace it so that it didn't shift. Tried that and the rail promptly bent. What I ended up with is a rail that won't hold a sight level enough to be within the adjustment range of the optic, which they blamed on the optic having an insufficient adjustment range! This was a couple of years ago, so maybe they've improved,

I purchased a Kushnapup stock for my Saiga 12. These are my impressions. Installation: Installation was straight forward, though instructions that include which screw goes where would be nice. Some people have cut a slice off of the original buttstock to act as a spacer so that they don't have to saw off the tang. I've built AK's from kits and have no fear of removing the rear trunnion and installing another if I decide the bullpup stock isn't for me. I cut off the tang. Total installation including adjusting the trigger- about half an hour. Balance is OK. With a loaded 8 round m

I've searched the topics, there does not seem to be a grand list. If there is, please direct me. I'm just bought an un-modified Saiga 12 and I'm going to need magazines. I'm probably not looking for the 20 round drums, but might look at 1 or 2 of the smaller drums. Mostly I'll probably want sticks. Here is the question. Lots of companies seem to make magazines for this gun (not interested in magwell right now). Who's magazines work, which ones don't. What sizes are practical, at which point is it better to go drum. I'm probably most interested in the 8-12 round capacity.
