  1. How short can I cut the barrel to avoid the Tax stamp. from a 19 inch barrel can I go as short as 14 inches or is 18 the limit?
  2. I know it is in the user terms that you can't resell these as they are not in retail stores. Especially at a profit. Your profiting from you position via military, police, fire or Ems, that's wrong.
  3. Yeah when you find a firm let me know. I have a couple of trial lawyers in the family and they understood why and how trust are used for estates, but had no idea it could be used for firearms. Not wanting to violate federal law I'll go with someone who knows everything about it
  4. I want to buy a supressor but I'm not sure I understand the point of having a Trust or LLC set up to place it in as an asset. I understand I can own one personally and I'm not sure what the advantage is of setting it up any differntly. I would love to own a FA weapon but I don't see paying 15k for a pre 86 M16. I'm hoping someone can point out what the advantages are, and if it makes owning class 3 weapons easier or less expensive all in all I'm quite confused. Thanks in advance
  5. I called copes which is a distributor of md products and they showed no inventory of drums. So I called cope's and the lady on the other end said that there had been a death in the md family. Copes would call when they received more. Don't know but I hope all is well
