  1. I put the Krebs sight on and combined with the butt pad, I am able to get a good cheek weld and sight picture over the dust cover. Haven't been to the range with it yet, but I don't think i'm going to have to grind down my stock. Filling it with the fiberglas resin helped with weight and balance and will stiffen the stock as well. So far so good. I hope this helps someone.
  2. Hello, first post by new member. What a great shotgun and what a great forum! I have the same problem as 183cav with insufficient stock drop on my Warsaw length Tapco AK stock, except I still have the standard factory sights on my converted S12. This lack of fit is probably due to the fact that I have 2 titanium plates in my neck and therefore less than normal flexibility. I "get" the suggestions by WingedOne and Caged but wanted to try something with less cost and no modification to my receiver. I added a slip-on recoil pad and this helps a little, but is still not enough. I hav
