I put the barrel in the freezer for 10 minutes and warm the trunnion with a heat gun... barrel slips in by hand.

No, I am not ICC, we are a small shop in N. IL and I got the barrel from ICC Mfg. I have to imagine though, that Tromix is the reason my posts regarding the barrel are deleted. -
