[Threading the factory FSB?]

Instead of cuting off the barrel protector of the factory FSB and threading the barrel or installing a new FSB, is it possible to just thread the factory FSB barrel protector? Im not sure what thread size would be possible, but that way you dont have to permanently alter the rifle.

[Rear of .223 receiver re-machined to correct angle?]

Hi everyone,

 

I should start by saying I have a SBS Tromix with a folding stock. Tony re-machines the rear of the reciever to a correct angle. Have any of you done this to use a folding stock, or does it not have to be done.

 

Ive decided to do this conversion myself, and Im undecided what to do stock wise. I see rusmilitary has an AK-74M folding buttstock and AK buttstock's folding action kit (COMPLETE SET) for sale. Is this pretty much a bolt on kit for the Saiga .223. Any other good stock advice would be appreciated!

Just wanted to say the gun looks and feels great. If there is any reduction in recoil or noise, Ill be glad I got the 12" barrel. Maybe when the kids grow up, ill get a chance to try it out. Keep up the great work.

[Perfect Cheap Hard Case for Saiga Shorty]

The case has about 4 1/4 inches of space inside and contains 3 layers of foam. The pluck and pull layer of foam inside is 1 1/2 inches thick. Hope this helps.

[Saiga-12 Barrel Diameter?]

Does anyone know the exact diameter of the Saiga-12 barrel? I was thinking of openning up an AR-15 four rail gas block to fit the saiga-12. You think if one was available it would be a hot seller. Thanks!
