  1. It has a galil magwell adaptor that accepts ar-15/M-16 mags
  2. Sorry for the double post. How do I delete this one?
  3. I am almost finished my .223 with AR-15 mag converter. I just need to put a bullet guide in. Thanks for all of the info here.
  4. Thanks for the replys. I realy wanted to use water but just wanted to hear someone else say it.
  5. I just finished my conversion (.223) and I was wondering what is the best way to clean out the reciever? I did a good bit of grinding to allow a M-16-galil converter. I have tried q-tips and rags but I can't get at all of metal dust. Any ideas out there or is this even important? Thanks
  6. I just bought my saiga and am also looking into magazine options. I live in maryland and am having problems finding 20 rd or less .223 mags so I'm thinking about the galil m-16 converter. I would rather mod the adapter then the receiver because I'm worried about screwing it up. Has anyone moded the adapter to fit? Also about how much would it cost to have it done professionally? And who does them? Thanks
  7. I did call him and got a quote of $350. I will make a bunch of calls this week and see if I can track one down in the area. Other then that im looking for someone to do a ffl transfer for 20 or under. That way I could get one shipped in for around 300 total. Thanks for the help.
  8. I am trying to find a saiga .223 around Baltimore. I have called a bunch of stores and have found a few for $350 to 400 but I don't think I should have to pay that much for it. Anyone know where i can find one for 300 or under? Any help is appreciated.
