Hey man I am from Orange County, NY also!! Just just want to know if I can convert the SIGA-12 with the pistol grip. If so where do you suggest to get it done. I would prefer to buy it and have it converted all in the same place THEN shipped to NY state and what is the largest round mag I can use. I think it is 10 rounds for New York. Can you direct me to Tom Cole and\or CGW. I def would be willing to purchase a 12 from him if he can convert it....

Ok. I am getting my first SAIGA rifle. I have a PSOP 4x24 scope already to put on it I am just trying to figure out which caliber to get. What I am looking for is a sniper rifle type look with good medium range accuracy. If it helps anything I already have a WASR-10 if using the same ammo is a factor (which it isnt for me really). I guess I am wondering which would be a better caliber at medium ranges Also does every SAIGE rile come with the side rail already indtalled. And if so how hard is it to install the scope I mentioned above? Which caliber is "easier" to should, less recoil

Well I really want to get a AR-15 but I dont have 900.00 or so to pluck down on one. So I got to thinking what if I turned a Saiga .223 as close to a AR-15 as possible. Could this be done? If so what would I have to do? I see alot of slick pictures herre of Saigas done up. What I would be looking for is a pistol grip, scope mount, rail to mount a forear, grip. Hi-cap mag (that would be legal for NY) if not a 10 rounder. Where should I look for parts to do this and roughly how much would it cost? Thanks In Advance -Kenny
