I just thought you should all know that Mississippi Auto Arms rules. I ordered a shark brake and a ten round mag from them. Not only was shipping reasonable but it only took 3 days to get up here to Minnesota. I'll for sure do business with them again.

I read that this sort of thing happens with the saiga 308 but I can't find anything about it happening with saiga 12s. I'm just going to order a new safety lever. Thanks for your help.

The filed down safety is the one that came in my saiga 12, it worked till I converted the gun and put the tapco G2 trigger group in. Do you think I should just replace it with a new one?

I converted my S12 and used a tapco G2 trigger group, now my safety doesn't work. the piece on the safety that holds the trigger looks like it's been filed down and now it's not long enough to keep the trigger from moving. I have a safety from an ak that I'm building that has a longer tab on it that seems a little to long but it works. Should I buy a new safety lever or am I doing something wrong? The selecter on the left is from an ak and the one on the right is from my S12

Heh, but now I need more therapy. It got in today and I didn't have time to pick it up!!!! I picked mine up last night after work and tonight there's going to be plenty of therapy......AT THE GUN RANGE!!!

My S-12 is in town somewhere between UPS and my FFL dealer. The gun has been in town since friday night, the anticipation is driving me nuts. It's going to be a long day.....

I just talked to them and they said that they would be in this afternoon.
