2barearms 0
The receiver on my Saiga 12 is marked Kalashnikov-USA, Pt. St. Lucie, Fl. USA. This appears to be a pre EAA Saiga. The receiver looks to be machined also. Were there any problems with these early shotguns that I should be aware of. It also has a scope mount that looks to be factory is this normal. All the Saigas I've ever seen have a factory side scope rail. I'd be interested in seeing pics of your receiver; I was under the impression that all Saigas were built on stamped receivers (albiet with the bulged RPK-style trunnion in the case of the Saiga-12).
