.223 mag dimples?

Recommended Posts

I used the grey neading epoxy. I put a small lump inside the receiver where the dimples would normally be. I then trial fitted, and sanded until my mags fit snug, but easy. I realize that this sounds REALLY half a$$ed, but this was my fix. It has held so far after 600-700 rounds. If you're using the ak-74 mags, the amount you grind the front of the mag also effects the mag wobble.

Someone just the other day posted they got a .223 with dimples--that's something new.

Drool....if I find one it's going to become an AK105 clone. :)

I'd be curious to know what the magwell dimensions are on one of these "reborn" receivers.

x39 size. Mine's well on its' way to becoming an ak101 clone. Now if only that reamer would arrive in the mail...
