Hello - Just picked up a saiga 12.

Just picked up a saiga 12.

 

How come no one told me these were so damn much fun?

 

It has no sights, I need to add a top rail or scope mount(for my eotech), buts still fun to shoot dirt with.

 

This is by far the most fun to shoot of any shotgun I have tried.

 

The first ten shots are 12 gauge bird shot trap and skeet, I barley felt them.

The second ten where high power skeet shot, I felt those and they moved me back.

You're gona have to lean into a bit more if your want to have fun with slugs or 00 buckshot, after a few hundred rounds of buckshot and slugs mixed together you'll think shooting skeet and bird shot is nothing at all.(should have calluses by then )

A Blackjack buffer softens up the recoil a bit and prevents damage to the rear trunnion. Are you using the magnum gas setting (1)?

 

Try bump-firing those 10-rounders for some pointless fun!
