mikeyali1776 0
I just got my new mags in. I love the look and feel of them. The problem is that until I get down to 14-15 rounds in the mag the weapon will not cycle. If I do it by hand the weapon WILL cycle, but only with a heavy amount of muscle on the bolt and gouging into the first 5 rounds. I thought that the spring may have been putting too much upward pressure on the rounds, but the spring length is equal to the 8 round mag and that feeds just fine. Anyone else have this issue? Genocide 0
Disassemble the magazine and clean it out of any burrs and smooth the insides. Add some graphite to the insides too; try this before doing anything drastic.
Maniac Jack 2
I have also had a few problems with the mag I bought. It seems that it doesn't fit as tight as the factory 8 round mags do, thus giving it room to flop around and creating a failure to feed problem much akin to the problem that some of the WASR-10's are having. If your mag flops around at all, then thats what the problem is. If not, then its probably something to do with the smoothness of the inside of the mag, like Genocide said. Genseric 2
Easy to insert the magazine in to the gun. But if the magazine is not properly locked in place, all kind of feed problems are possible. And it may have nothing to do with the magazine or the gun.

I've heard the first batch of 20 rndrs had a few with this prob. I remember reading that FBMG will trade you for newer ones if you contact them, but don't hold me to that. Now when do I get my mags?
