6500rpm 670
I was having problems with the bullet guide rivit on a Galil build, Vjor suggested using a air chissel and it turned out to be just the trick. The problem was the length to width of the rivit is long,so it can fill the large countersink in the guide. The length tends to make the rivit want to bend, rather than squash. Using the air chissel with a round cup cut in it with a ball end mill allowed it to be worked down where it could be finished with a press. Now I just need to do the final profile. Just wanted to say thanks to Vjor and post a few pictures of a jig I made that might be some help to others. Edited March 17, 2007 by 6500rpm

I see you have become quiet skillfully at making jig and stuff no mentioning the guns you have made, the force is strong with you I see.
