SuAside 2
the general says no province is relatively secure, but i hear the Iraqi Kurdistan is doing pretty good. but they are more an outside faction that anything else, since they're an autonomous region (but in reality pretty much independent). their strength of course lies in local support of the Kurd army and the knowledge of the reformed Peshmerga freedom fighters (now regular army). however, the general also labels saudi arabia as a positive influence on Iraq? that seems rather odd and naive (and the general seems smart enough, so i doubt he's naive). the SA leaders perhaps support the USA, but the people aren't too thrilled i bet. (remember that SA nationals are supposed to be one of the main funders of terrorism)
