killasoundz 0
I just ordered a Saiga 12 with 24" barrel. I plan on using the gun for hunting, skeet, and just dicking around so I opted for the longer barrel. I neglected to read the first page where is said the 24"ers came with full choked barrels. Has anyone shot slugs through the 24" S12s. The reason I bought the gun was to shoot slugs and shot. Do I need to have the barrel shortened and threaded. Thanks AJ

Cobra 76 two 2,677
Yes I do and sorry but that is false. The 22" guns come with a full choked unthreaded barrel. I have one. The 24"ers are threaded for chokes of all sizes and come new with a thread protector. I'm holding one in my hand right now (well actually the 5 7/8" portion I just cut off the end of it) and just to make sure before posting this I dropped a dime all the way thru it (sure test). It is cylinder bore.
killasoundz 0
Awesome. I'm glad I didnt just waste my money on a choke set. Thanks.
