You don't have to remove the stud in the front. The vent rib unscrews off of it if you depress the spring and keep turning the wheel in a CCW direction. Drive the pin out that holds the rear to the support, lift it off, and catch the spring under there before it disappears. You can just cut the stud off flush. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
