1charter 0
I have recently purchased my first Saiga .223 rile. I bought it online and cannot get a clear answer from the company I bought it from. I asked about US high cap mags that they sell and whether they would be legal or require modification to the rifle. Idid not get a clear answer. I also asked if the rifle was US compliant as it was purchased...again no clear answer. I was told that the rifles that they import have no american made parts. I guess my questions are, 1. would using a US made high cap mag in this thing be legal??? 2. Is this thing legal to begin with??...if not, how could I buy it?? I know I'm a total Newb to the Saiga world, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

To use magazines of more than 10 round capacity, you need to read the 922r laws and make sure your rifle conforms. You can also keep shooting it as it came with the factory 10 rounders until you run out of money or ammunition
