Some new things include asking if you're purchasing a frame or receiver as opposed to just a handgun or long gun--how convenient if another AWB is implemented. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Not surprised on the receivers, that was a "problem" for them last time. Everybody was buying up receivers as there was no real way to prove when it was assembled into a firearm.
