segasaiga 0
I haven't held a saiga12 in a long time. What would happen if you fire a round with the BHO held? Would the bolt slam into the hold open on the way forward? That would be cool if so.

segasaiga 0
TEOTWAWKI! I was expecting something big, but not that big! Would it bang the hell out of your finger?
Jonathan 0
what does that mean?
segasaiga 0
what does that mean? The end of the world as we know it.
ernestmayhand 10
I was wondering that too awhile back...don't go trying it on my advice but I held the BHO up and pulled the action back, as it passes the BHO it bumps it down a little on it's way by if I remember right and then since I'm still pushin up on the BHO, on the way back it catches. Now doing this in realtime would probably be a little different because you're dealing with the recoil so would you even be able to keep a hold on the BHO? And how would you do it? Use the side of your right hand pointer finger near the first knuckle while pulling the trigger? Like I said, don't go trying this on my advice.

Yeah, when the bolt passes back over it and pushes the bho down, it would probably hurt a bit - you may not even be able to keep it pressed when its bouncing back from the spring. Cobra 76 two 2,677
Congrats! You have discovered what I've been trying to tell people for years...lol. All you have to do is count your rounds, then when you fire the last one push up on the button to hold the bolt open for an easier mag change. Yes, it's designed to work that way. The S-12 is the only Saiga that actually holds the bolt back far enough to clear the magwell. So there ya'll have it! That's the real Cobra LRBHO. When you order one it will come with those instructions in an envelope and that's all you get....lol. NOT!
