GMThirteen 0
Hey forum experts.I'm an experienced gunsmith(not licensed) but I have done my fair share of smithing, customizing, outfitting, tooling and the like. I finally got the money to get the basic Saiga 12. Question: Is there anyone who can tell me,sell me or supply me with information on how to convert this myself.Everything from pistol grip, stocks, fore grips and flash hiders.I have done this on AK's and other rifles.I am most interested in the pistol grip conversion. Thanks to all for any and all information on this. .....they live..we sleep.... MRboost 0
There are some really good videos that do it step by step. They are posted all over this forum.
Couchlock 8
take a look through this step-by-step: www.stu-offroad.com/firearms/saiga/saiga-1.htm its a saiga 223 conversion, but there are many similar steps in the S-12. there is also a video version done by someone else on youtube of a 7.62x39 saiga conversion. other that that i'd say just keep thumbing through the pages here an get familiar with the esential parts you will be needing. this thread shows some of the parts: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=318080 Edited February 13, 2009 by Couchlock
