308SAIGA 55 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 (edited) Hello again, Well after procrastinating for 7 months I finally started to convert my 308 to a PG style weapon. I research here what it would entail and found a lot of info from you guys... Kudos... The only problem that I am having is that I can not re-install the safety lever I tried without the trigger installed but then I can not install the retaining plate and with the trigger in the safety will not go over the trigger assembly... I am very close to leaving the safety off LOL J/K... I put a Red Star Arms Adj trigger group on... Any tricks/tips on how to accomplish this? Thx GL Added: She is still not completed, I plan on removing the SF and moving it back to the gas tube I also intend to cut elongated holes on the handguard to vent a little better, I have a rail that I made out of a old handguard which I am going to put on the bottom of the handguard....
