This scope looks brand new and I have only fired about 50 rounds with it attached to my Saiga .308. There are a few surface scratches on the locking mechanism on the bottom of the mount. It is not noticeable with the scope attached. The rest of the unit is mint. Comes with battery, rubber eye piece, and original case. I did replace the bottom of the locking mechanism with an e-clip. It holds the locking mechanism tighter than the original IMO. I also have a Centerpoint 6x32 Adventure Class scope. Never installed.
