blazer35 0 Posted June 12, 2009 Report Share Posted June 12, 2009 I might be a little premature with this, but the denting of the cases was starting to bother me,I tried putting a little rubber piece on the handle of the slide, and I think it worked, I say" think it worked" because I was using the same reloads from before the piece was put on. I used a rubber knob off of a wire shelf I have in the garage, the kind they sell at Home Depot. I noticed the shells looked pretty good, didn't see any new dents. The other thing I'm going to try is file the sharp edge of the slide. Anybody have any other ideas? By the way this gun is very good at a 100yds, with iron sights, can't waite for my scope. By the way this gun is very good at a 100yds, with iron sights, can't waite for my scope. there is another thread about people using some rubber door edge guard pieces around the recevier cover where the slide/charging handle is exposed, because apparantly that is another place the cases hit when ejected.
