TNHighwayman 0
Hello all, new guy here.. nice to meet yuns'. What are the major advantages/disadvantages between the Tromix Saiga12 and Mossberg SPX? I have just "inherited" (of sorts) several copies of both from an uncle. I'm in the process of reading up on both, but I figured I would sign up with this forum.. it's good to get input from the actual users, as well. VincentYGB 0
I have an S12 but I want an SPX too. Just different strokes. Nice uncle! Especially if it's Tromix An SPX to shoot skeet and a Tromix to turn up the heat. Edited July 3, 2009 by VincentYGB
Vultite 57
hrm, saiga is an animal is it's own right, but I might end up buying a Mossberg 590A1 SPX for shits and giggles.... factory ghost sights, ported barrel, bayonet....pretty kewl, plus all the parts are metal and the barrel is heavy... Azrial 1,091
I have never had much use for a Mossberg personally. I really dislike the plastic safety. I am not trying to rain on your parade, but you asked.
SOPMOD 254
The Mossberg is an obsolete, anachronistic, slow piece of antiquated crap that you buy only to leave under the counter of your store or in the closet of your cabin because you only paid $99 for it at a pawn shop. My pump shotguns(Remington Police trade ins) reside in the trunks of cars and above the door of my storage shed on a couple of long nails.
