No, I think this is pretty new as the Bulgarians only recently joined NATO which moved them into the 5.56x45 (.223).

I took some photos of the magazine. I did not notice that a previous owner lightly scratched the number 359 on the bottom. It is so light I did not notice it until I took the photo! WT
