They are cut, angled and ready to push on with a pair of channel locks, but I didn't dremel the bolt, so you would have to dremel it or end up notching the barrel as I was going to do on my 3 builds. I can paint the bolts if you'd like. They'd be $25 a piece +$5 shipping for however many you wanted.
