Mag rebuild kits for your SAIGA

Recommended Posts

So prior to me having issues with my Saiga, I found this website and ordered some rebuild kits. He had the Promag AK-A5 - .223 mags. I picked one up at the gun show a few months earlier and it worked great without a bullet guide. I also had picked up a Promag for the Saiga that had the piece of crap plastic bullet guide which broke. (don't buy from anyone)

(I ordered a couple from him and the springs weren't the right type.. they were for a AK 7.62x39. He said no problem and was going to refund me, I contacted Promag, and Steve there sent me the replacement springs free of charge,,,, so huge +1 for both companies customer service.... )

while comparing the two, the followers are different. As well as the springs for the two mags. In the pictures... from left to right.. Promag AK A5, Promag Saiga (plastic bullet guide) and AK 47,, its the same with the springs. From left to right. It is on calegalmags.com website.

He has other rebuild kits and products as well... I had just built an AR and ordered a 10 round compliance kit with Prince50 Mag Lock... and my buddy ordered the AK bullet button for his SAIGA (solar tactical)

Anyways check out his website. His name is John and was very helpful.

Later .... Sean :smoke:

He would need to be MORE then just a member....a BUSINESS MEMBER is what is needed to be able to post links to a product you sell or manufacture.

I called John an hour ago and asked him if he had signed up as a business member. He had not yet. So I think he will in the near future.
