covcreo 0
This is a great post; I am looking into the barrel adjustment for a saiga 12. My understanding is that 18 is legal but 18.5 total length breach closed, is the norm to stay free. The barrel break must be permanently affixed and silver solder can be used to do this. Does anyone have any Pics to show step by step production so as to successfully complete this task?
kresk 10,063
Legal length for a rifle is sixteen inches, eighteen for a shotgun. This may be obvious in the links, but just stating it out in the clear. Always a good idea to add a little just to stay 'perfectly' legal.
308SAIGA 55
Just be careful about the alignment of the tool, if you thread it canted, the brake will be canted and you could blow the brake right off. So make sure that it is aligned properly.....
