MD_Willington 11
buy the tapco AR stock and make your own, there was a post around here somewhere showing how. anyway, you let the 6 position T6 free float and put a buffer spring in it... put ~2/3 of an AR recoil spring inside it and modify the latch so you can keep it from engaging... I cannot find the link or I'd post it. Edited December 24, 2010 by MD_Willington
csspecs 1,987
Gee looks like something I made several years ago. Heck my video is from Nov 08 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmQK360y9QI&feature=related I don't want to build them. To much risk. (no the pudgy kid is not me) Its the same function, just a plastic version for an AR. He should make a deluxe version with pneumatic cylinder with a needle valve to adjust the maximum rate of fire. Nothing as cool as a SLOW rate of fire, like 200 Rounds per min
leadslinger 37
FAB/Mako has been selling a shock absorbing stock for AR's and AK's for time now. I am sure one can teach themselves controlled shoulder mounted bump fire and its a ton cheaper. I feel bump fire (although fun) is impractical and waste of ammo even it would be somewhat controlled. double and even triple taps seem More practical and would achieve better results. JMHO cheapest i have come across "natchezss" decent example of what i am talking about....about 50 seconds into it...nice rapid controlled fire. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cc0yPzif-Xk&feature=player_embedded#!
