Lord Ak-47 49
Can anyone give some insight how much difference they have seen between S12s when swapping magazines. I have magazines fitted for my current S12, and was wondering if its a good idea to leave some alone on the outside chance I can get my hands on a seconds S12 in the near future. the mechanic 11
All the magazines (MD arms drums) I fitted for my 2008 s12 will fit in my 2009 but the're a little tight. Agp and Surefires work in both my guns without any fitting.
RRice 34
I have three s12's and a close friend also has three. All of my mags(surefires.AGPs seem to be much more consistent) fit all of the guns differently. Some are tight/loose front to back while others are tight/loose side to side. That said,They all fit and function(unmodified)but they may be a hassle to get in one gun while it will fit alomost perfectly into the next. Last time I bought MD drums I bought 3 brand new. They all fit differently in the same gun.One fit perfectly, another almost fit but was really tight and another needs to be fitted because it doesn't fit at all. There is nothing wrong with stashing a few mags away because you won't know how they will fit your next gun until you get it.These guns vary a LOT as do the mags.
