Mike38 26
I have a question about an adapter, see image at http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=879324 I want to be able to install an A2 flash hider on a Saiga 223. Image for informational purposes only. It may or may not fit my rifle. I may make one to fit my rifle. I may find another that will fit. I've searched the internet, and it's not really clear if this is a "legal item". The barrel will not be threaded, but the adapter is threaded. It's going on a bone stock, unmodified Saiga. I'm perfectly happy with a bone stock Saiga. The only thing I've changed on my rifle is I got rid of the junk sling swivels and installed Uncle Mike's. Will the above adapter be legal, or not? Thanks. Edited February 28, 2011 by Mike38
L5K 162
This will be interesting to know. I was going to make a clamp on threaded muzzle adapter for my K31. I have seen them, and people using them so I assume they are legal (at least on a bolt gun), but I've never heard specifically yes or no. Is a muzzle device something that would cause the firearm to fall into 922r requirements? I'll be back to see what people say on this.
