Shark brake install

Completed my conversion & need to know, do the 2 holes on the Shark brake face up or down so I can locktite down. Pic shows facing down

Think about how a brake works. If the ports are facing down, gas pushes the barrel up. If they are facing up, it pushes the barrel down.
