Alexc.s. 25
I have been thinking about putting a brake on my rifle,I know how it's done and will be buying proper tools. However I haven't chosen what brake I want. I have narrowed down the list to two. E-TAC TALON - http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-476/AR15-223-SAIGA-GOGUN/Detail?sfs=7822e48e TROMIX SHARK - http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-136/TROMIX-SHARK-BRAKE-AR15/Detail Both look quite nice and are described as working well, but I'm looking for some opinions on the two, as well as pictures of them on rifles if any one happens to have one. corbin 621
While I prefer a flash hider over a brake when it comes to 22 cal rifles, I have seen and shot the Tromix shark brake on a 308 rifle and it worked very well. I'm sure both would work for you though. Most any brake will increase noise to the shooter however.
Alexc.s. 25
After thinking it over and watching a few videos I've gone with a Flash hider instead. I was lucky to have a friend buying from some where, who let me drop an extra item in his cart. Yeah free shipping! The flash hider is a Phantom 5C2 Flash Suppressor from Yankee Hill Machine. I'll post and update pic in the pic thread once it's done. Thanks for turning me on to the Flash hider Corbin.
