cbryan 7
I just got my Mail when I got home from work at 0:45. I saw that my TAT and Die had come in the mail (from jr612) I went to put the die into my older die handle and it wouldn't fit. So instead of waiting till the next time I get to Lowes or Sears to buy one I just used a pair of channel locks to twist the die. After I got it started I used cutting fluid to make it go easier and when the die got stuck ( or hard to turn in general) I used a 12 penny nail in the die split to "add extra grip", although this did widen the die a little further, I took another pass and all of the threads work GREAT! This just goes to show you that you can still do this "more difficult conversion act " with some simple things that you already have. Now what am I going to do with this extra Die and TAT??
