STREET SWEEPER 0
Anyone familiar with the most current Ma. laws regarding converting a saiga? I know a guy local that sells them converted, but all the posts I read about pistol grip+detachable magazine= Assault weapon... Has the law changed? Is there a loop hole? I just started saving for a new HD gun but if I can't convert than I'll just buy a mossberg 930spx. Any insight?

ChileRelleno 7,071
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. It wasn't easy, but I got the fuck outta SoKal. Sorry I'm not answering your questions, I just don't feel like getting depressed by reading Mass firearms law. Edited September 25, 2011 by ChileRelleno
STREET SWEEPER 0
I wish I could, but not too sure the GF would follow... Then again, what's stopping me?
Rottieman33 90
I Live in NH I am not sure but in Mass you can convert you just can't use the Hi cap mags. No more then 5 rounds Edited September 25, 2011 by Rottieman33

DCR 0
Converted S12s are a no-go in MA. There are numerous threads in the gun laws section of northeastshooters.com confirming this. In MA a shotgun cannot have both a pistol grip AND be capable of accepting an external magazine (regardless of how many rounds it holds)

ChileRelleno 7,071
bullet button? IIRC, the BB foolishness, is strictly a Kommiefornia thing.
