I'm posting this from my new Hewlett-Packard pocket PC. This damn thing is so cool. It has Wi-Fi, Media Player, and everything else you can think of. And the web sites that come up on it aren't like crappy mobile phone pages, they're just like on my home computer! It even has a biometric fingerprint reader for security. If you're in the market for a PDA, I'd definitately recommend this one. Here's a link:

Pretty cool Saltpeter. Not cheap. I've got an older model that attaches wireless at "b" speed or around 11 mbps. Pretty slow compared to G or Super G. What are you using for a keyboard and how are you doing about wireless security for the hand held Ipaq?

With this thing, you can click a little icon on the bottom of the screen when you need a keyboard and an on-screen one pops up. For wireless security, do mean so it doesn't get a virus?

And Gaddis, I have looked at porn with it but it's slower and harder to see so I think I'll just stick to my desktop for porn. (Wait...that didn't sound to good!)

Hmm, that's perfectly alright to admit. We all can imagine that long days spent in the patrol car or at the office desk can get rather boring, and anything to break up the tedious monotony is allowable.

Umm, but you weren't the Officer getting the hummer by that hooker in that picture Wolverine posted though, right? :lolol:

Wolverine,

Thanks for that advice. I didn't know all that. I'm gonna have to check into some kind of safety measures, I guess, although so far I haven't used the device for anything risky like purchases or banking.

Gaddis,

I don't know what you're talking about.

That's perfectly alright. I basically just wanted you to post your new avatar again. :super:

BTW - did you ever figure out how to fix that shell problem (where the front top of the shell got hung up trying to load into the chamber) you were having with your Saiga-12? SaltPeter's Jamming Problem Had mine out on the range about two weeks ago, and it seems with my two older magazines the same thing is now happening. :(

A little off topic, but...

The problem was that the shell was coming off the magazine at too high of an angle when the bolt stripped it from the mag. I took a clue from my Desert Eagle magazine and used my rotary tool to cut a groove in the follower, creating a lower angle for all the shells in the magazine. The front of the bottom shell actually lies in the recessed groove. See the pictures below:

Hmm, (great idea SaltPeter!), I never thought of doing something like that. :super:

Funny thing is my problems started after I put in one of those recoil reducers sold by Dillon Precision (the BufferTech buffer's hole for the back of the Saiga-12 bolt is too small), so I figured it was that that was causing the problems (binding up the recoil spring somehow?).

But that still doesn't explain why I don't seem to have any problems when using the two newer style Saiga-12 magazines I have (which appear identical feed ramp geometry-wise to the three older Saiga-12 mags (and haven't given me any feeding problems up to now?)).
