Coloey 17
I am in the conversion process and this part was not mentioned in the CSS video. He pulls it out from the back of the receiver at the very end of video #1 but does not mention it. Probably a "DUH" kind of thing, but hey, I AM a "DUH" kind of guy. Thanks for your help Bro's. Sorry, tried to attach pic but site will only allow 2meg and pic is over 8meg. The part is Y shaped with a hole through sides, apparently held on by the rear rivet. mcgr0172 2
If it is the part I am picturing, I have that left over as well. Figured it was from the old parts and no longer needed. Hope you get an answer before I go shoot my gun!
Coloey 17
All I can thing of at this point is that it had something to do with the standard stock mounting.
Foxtail207 23
I think you are referring to the yoke piece that links to the trigger when the trigger is in the Saiga Sporter position. You will not need it if you are moving the trigger forward with your conversion.

Coloey 17
Thank you Foxtail207. My suspicion was that it was not needed, but it is always nice to know before discarding. Enjoy beautiful Westcliffe as I enjoy beautiful Westcreek, CO.
