caliberclark 9
Are they still around? Are they better than surefire mags?
VR762Shooter 838
I cant buy them in my state, but I can provide you with their site link (http://uintaindustries.com/) and assume theyre still making them. Can't compare to Surefires as I cant get a similar version of those either. Csspecs makes some damn good mags though
Juggernaut 11,054
they have a sub forum here on our board.
timy 1,185
That depends. A lot of people like them. They don't lock up tight enough to cycle reliably in my 308. I have 3 new ones if you want to PM me. Csspecs rock!
Dad2142Dad 6,559
Unita's run just fine in mine. Have ten of them.
timy 1,185
Unita's run just fine in mine. Have ten of them. They work fine for a lot of people, just not me. If I don't sell them I'll modify them for use as range mags as a little JB Weld should do the trick. Uintas also have the advantage of having springs, followers, and floorplates that interchange with factory mags.
ZA_Survivalist 7
I actually had feed issues and spring binding/follower tilt with two if mine.. Bad show. My promag, csspecs and surefires work without issue. Promag mags seem to use a sturdier polymer and have slightly thicker feed lips. I want to try a high heat and extreme cold test soon with all. m1key 7
I tried 3. Didn't care for loose fit at the lug. Sent them back... I'll stick with my Surefires. M
