The applicant shall swear under the penalties of perjury that said list is a complete list of all handguns owned by the applicant. The insurance policy shall be in an amount of at least $250,000 and shall list the specific weapons covered by the policy." The author puts his own political spin on this. No law against that (I think). Regardless of party spot or stripe; I don't really care for any of them. If you watch what they do, as opposed to what they say, there really isn't much difference.
