Geo410 0
Hi guys, great to find this community here I'm Geo and got this Saiga 410 used. Not sure which model it is but the guy gave it to me said that he bought it at 2006/2007 new. My problem is that it jams a lot and i use only 3'' shells (Barnaul slugs) Actually i get jams every 3-4 shots. I use a 10rnd magazine. I have no photo of the jam. To describe it lets say that half the shell is out diagonally and the rest is chawn an sticked ito the shutter. I tried to find a gas setting but no luck. I think my gun has no gas regulator. Also i think that maybe something 's missing from the gas chamber??? Thanks in advance people
tatonic 159
There is no gas setting on that weapon. Try another brand of ammo first.

poolingmyignorance 2,191
How about a picture of the specific jam. And if you can get one try an OEM magazine.
Geo410 0
Thanx guys .. I ll try to capture the jam.. By reading this 410 section I realized that actually my gun has to be used with just 3" ammo? Do I get this correctly? I recall having probs with the barnauls 73mm (less than 3") as they describe on the box.. I think the best behavior so far was with some plastic shells that were longer , magnum slugs from a local producer ( Lambro ) . Is there any info about what parts may I polish in order to improve this jamming issues? Thanks for your time, Geo Try a different mag. You mean shorter shell mag? Or the same size but other brand? G O B 3,516
Just a different mag. I did not see where you had more than one. Most jams and misfeeds are mag related. I number my mags (except AK mil-surp) so that if one acts up I know which one.
