Hes probably used to subbing for high school teachers where cell phones are a plague. I dont think they should hang him for a mistake. The poor guy surely feels like a fucktard now that it made the news, he got fired, looking at possible criminal charges and cant teach anywhere ever again. It doesent sound like any real harm was done. The kid didnt go into shock or anything. Ive already said "WHAT!?" to someone talking on one of thoes handsfree things because I thought they said something or laughed as they went by. I didnt see the little wire thing hanging off thier ear. Hell, I didnt even know what thoes things were until a few months ago. Glad I never ripped something out of somebody though.....
