I have shot both some 69 gr and some 55 gr and on of them shot excelent.I shot up everything back in the summer and old age I guess has made me forget which one shot the best.As soon as they are stocked back on the shelves I need to order some nd really wasnt wanting to buy a bunch of different weights just to see which one it was.SS is not the best income in the world and doesnt leave much to play with after bills ar paid. This is pretty much the best all-around twist rate for a 16" barrel, and is the same as most ARs today. I doubt you'll notice any major difference using any bullet in the 50-75gr range.
